With over 22 years in the tourism and
hospitality industry, Mr. Olson has a wide range of valuation,
management and ownership experience. Alumni from the
well renowned hotel school, Cornell University, Mr. Olson
worked as a Management Consultant for the International
firm of Laventhol & Horwath.
He currently owns a hotel and several food and beverage
establishments on Vancouver Island. His valuation background
encompasses a variety of commercial properties including
hotels, motels, resorts and golf courses.
Russ Reynolds, MBA, RI(BC), AACI, P. App.
Senior Vice
President
International Operations
Mr. Reynolds has 23 years of experience in the appraisal
industry and has appraised a variety of commercial properties
including hotels, motels, resorts, golf courses and casinos.
Mr. Reynolds is an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal
Institute of Canada and has provided expert witness testimony
in numerous court room and arbitration situations. Mr.
Reynolds is a premier hotel and casino appraiser with
experience throughout Canada, California, New York and
Nevada.
Russ Courtnall
International Marketing Operations
Mr. Courtnall, a former NHL hockey star, is presently
a successful businessman in several related industries
including resort development and forestry. Over the years
he has developed relationships and contacts throughout
North America in the hotel and gaming industry. Mr. Courtnall
is continually involved with fundraising for numerous
charitable organizations and is a former owner in the
food and beverage industry.
Greg Harney, LLB
Corporate Counsel
Mr. Harney specializes in commercial litigation and
alternative dispute resolution with primary focuses with
franchisor and franchisee relationships and construction/development
issues. Called to the bar in 1983 Mr. Harney pursued
his interest in franchising, licensing and distribution
litigation as his central areas of practice. He has an
expansive knowledge with regard to franchisor and franchisee
relationships and regularly represents international
franchisors, multiple unit franchisees and individual
franchisees.
Walter Schibli, CA
Corporate Finance
Mr. Schibli is a member of the Canadian
Institute of Chartered Accountants and has over 30 years
of experience in public practice with a strong emphasis
on corporate taxation, utilization of trusts and personal
tax planning. Mr. Schibli has an extensive list of clients
in the hospitality and food and beverage industries.
