hotel appraisers with advanced credentials. As the largest
hotel and casino appraisal organization in North America IHA is interested in individuals that have in excess of
10 years experience in either the hotel or casino valuation
industries. Expert witness experience in property assessment/appeal
matters is considered an important asset.
